Enquiries and uploaded plans

If you contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, postcode, message, and any drawings or plans you choose to upload. We use this information to review your project, respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of our conversation.

Enquiries without attachments are received through Formspree. Enquiries containing plans are processed through our Cloudflare-hosted website so the files can be stored securely and sent to our team. We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and any legal or contractual obligations.

Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz to understand visits, page views, and successful contact form submissions. We do not send the contact details you enter in the form to Google Analytics. Cloudflare is configured not to forward your originating IP address to Google Analytics.

Analytics remains off if you reject optional analytics. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies and revisiting the website, which will show the consent choices again.

Our reasons for using information

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to respond to your request and take steps towards providing our services. Optional analytics is processed only with your consent.

We use service providers including Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google to run the website, receive enquiries, protect the service, and provide consented analytics. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their applicable data protection safeguards.
